About the OpportunityThe organization is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. It believes that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. The platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs. The team is comprised of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and is looking for passionate people to help achieve this goal. Why This Role Is ImportantThe company helps healthcare and life sciences organizations deliver measurable results. It unifies fragmented data across the healthcare ecosystem so payers, providers, ACOs, and life sciences companies can make confident decisions grounded in trustworthy intelligence. The platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs. What Success Looks LikeIn the first 90 days, the successful candidate will have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of the organization, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative. In year one, the successful candidate will have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence. What You'll Be DoingLaunch New Growth InitiativesThis role will partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth—whether that's a new vertical, a strategic partnership, a new product or solution go-to-market motion, or another initiative altogether—taking ownership of the work from initial concept through initial traction. Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, the competitive position, and where the organization's assets and talent can be leveraged to win.Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks, so leadership can make a clear go or no-go decision.Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs as needed to shape the specifics of each initiative—what it is, who it's for, and how it comes together.Build the GTM positioning and competitive differentiation for each initiative, grounded in the organization's outcomes-first brand and validated against real buyer needs.Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan, and drive that plan forward: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, resolve dependencies, and keep the initiative moving toward real traction.Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments. Strengthen GTM MotionNew markets don't succeed in isolation—they depend on a commercial engine that's tightly coordinated. This role will take initiative to close gaps and accelerate growth across the teams that make GTM work and bring visibility into that progress at the executive level. Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets, synthesizing signals from win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input.Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality.Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks used in payer and risk-bearing organization deals.Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings, manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives, and proactively remove blockers.Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input directly into board and executive committee conversations. Executive Team SupportAs the organization scales, the initiatives that matter most increasingly cut across teams and leaders—commercial expansion chief among them. This role provides a direct seat in that conversation, extending the alignment work done in Commercial to the executive team as a whole. Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm: Help shape and run the weekly executive committee meeting—build agendas, synthesize pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across leaders.Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative across commercial, product, and financial priorities.Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives, acting as the driver who keeps them moving and accountable.Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling and broker resolution before they become bigger problems.Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise, applying the same ownership and rigor used in the commercial work. RequiredSeven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role.Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape—the ability to speak credibly to value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars.Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context—building the business case, shaping the go-to-market approach, and driving execution.Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, including meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and driving follow-through on strategic commitments.Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders behind a common strategy.Comfort working in ambiguity—this role requires structuring undefined problems and building the plan, not executing a defined playbook.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build crisp, compelling narratives for executive, board, and buyer audiences. PreferredExperience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations.Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets—including self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations.Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role partnering closely with a CEO or executive committee. What You'll GetCompetitive compensation and strong benefits.Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development.Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven community.Be a part of a mission-driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care. $180,000 - $220,000 a year About the OrganizationThe organization helps innovative providers and payers across the country transform healthcare to reduce cost while improving patient health. It does this by aggregating large amounts of disparate data, applying algorithms to identify opportunities to provide better patient care, and making those opportunities actionable by physicians at the point of care in near-real time. The team is passionate about helping its customers drive meaningful outcomes. It is growing fast and has emerged as a market leader in the highly competitive population health management software market and has been recognized by industry analysts KLAS, IDC, Forrester, and Chilmark for its leadership.
