Required Qualifications
- An archetypal blend of operator, strategist, and proxy who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-product environment where rigor matters as much as speed.
- 8+ years of experience across high-growth tech, strategy consulting, or fast-paced commercial operations. Fintech, Travel-tech, or B2B SaaS background is a plus.
- A high EQ, low ego personality that can manage diverse stakeholders and put the organization’s success first.
- A master communicator who can turn complex commercial and legal concepts into compelling narratives, comfortable in the weeds of project tracking, dashboards, and quota configuration or zoomed out on high-level strategy.
Compensation
Compensation packages are based on several factors, including experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Base Pay Range: $150,000—$220,000 USD
