About the role
To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for Chief of Staff in the United States, Atlanta | Boston | New York.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Co-Managing Partners to refine and evolve the Americas regional strategy.
Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure alignment between regional objectives and global firm strategy.
Drive structured annual and quarterly planning processes.
Maintain visibility into performance metrics and progress against key priorities.
Ensure that strategy does not remain conceptual but is translated into disciplined, measurable action across the region.
Act as the connective tissue across central functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution of regional priorities.
Align functional leaders around shared objectives and timelines.
Identify interdependencies and proactively manage risks or bottlenecks.
Improve operating cadence, decision clarity, and execution follow-through.
Support implementation of key transformation or growth initiatives.
Serve as both strategic architect and operational orchestrator for the region’s leadership cadence.
Design and orchestrate regional leadership meetings with clear objectives, decision frameworks, and outputs.
Elevate meeting quality by improving preparation standards and narrative clarity.
Support governance processes across the North America Regional Leadership team.
Drive decision tracking and accountability mechanisms.
Ensure transparency and consistency in communication across stakeholders.
Prepare structured briefs, analyses, and synthesis for key decisions.
Provide scenario modeling and trade-off analyses to support prioritization.
Anticipate leadership needs and proactively surface risks or opportunities.
Support communications to senior stakeholders, partners, and global leadership.
Maximize the impact and focus of the Co-Managing Partners by reducing reactive demands and increasing strategic bandwidth.
Support talent, organization, and capability development.
Support regional succession planning and leadership development discussions.
Partner with HR and Talent leadership to align workforce planning with growth priorities.
Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
Help build scalable operating models to support regional expansion.
Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or equivalent leadership environment.
Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, strategy consultant, or operational leader in a high-performance professional services setting.
Demonstrated success working directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional structured thinking and synthesis.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
Strong executive-level communication and narrative development.
Ability to influence across a matrixed organization without formal authority.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $200,000-$225,000/year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
