About the role

The Chief of Staff at Sciemo is a high-performance role designed for someone who excels in a fast-paced, small team environment. They drive cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market teams. They also own the internal operating rhythm, including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation. Additionally, they lead administration functions such as People, Finance, and Legal. Finally, they identify operational gaps before they become barriers to growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Owning the internal operating rhythm including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation
• Lead administration functions across People, Finance, and Legal
• Identify operational gaps before they become blockers for growth

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives across multiple departments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies and OKRs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus
