Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of high-impact executive-level internal reports including Management Business Objectives (MBOs)
  • Own the end-to-end process for Optum reporting by quarterbacking all requests across the SCA Health leadership team, ensuring alignment with appropriate leaders on responses, and creating a source of truth for all reporting processes and requirements
  • Contribute to production of and facilitate follow up coordination from the Enterprise Monthly Action Plan (MAP)
  • Partner closely with CEO and Sherpa Executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly priority setting, ensuring visibility and accountability across leadership teams
  • Manage the development of MBOs / OKRs to ensure alignment across the executive team in delivering against goals
  • Track progress against key milestones on critical projects/ initiatives to communicate status and results
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and operational rigor
  • Act as a strategic partner and extension of the CEO—preparing materials, synthesizing information, leading communications and enabling decision-making
  • Orchestrate leadership team meetings (Sherpa Council) and onsite sessions ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic priorities, ownership of recap notes, and outcomes are actioned
  • Lead and manage executive communications in partnership with Communication team, including talking points, briefing materials and enterprise-wide messaging
  • Partner with Communications on internal communication strategies such as all-employee meetings to further employee engagement
  • Create CEO updates and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or advanced business/healthcare degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning or transformation
  • Experience successfully translating a vision into results and leading enterprise level strategies and reporting
  • Deep understanding of strategy, operations, reporting and forecasting with a demonstrated ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions
  • Experienced collaborator with demonstrated success working with executive management and building strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in proactively understanding needs and act on those needs; ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management and “out of the box” thinking
  • Strong communicator; capable of effectively presenting ideas and selling concepts and tactics; excellent writer, proven ability to communicate effectively with executive levels
  • Highly influential, strategic thinker, willing to challenge siloed thinking and drive change at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in creating professional presentations and developing messaging around business strategies
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented, and ambiguous environments
  • Able to handle highly confidential or sensitive information in a professional, discreet manner
  • Able to travel as needed

Pay

USD $150,200.00/Yr. USD $215,000.00/Yr.
