About The Role
As Chief of Staff, you will be a cross-functional operator and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. You will own strategic and operational projects that cut across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Operations, and Product.
- Build scalable operating systems for areas like revenue tracking, accounts receivable, collections, client operations, sales operations, reporting, and internal workflows.
- Use AI as a core operating lever to automate manual work, improve team throughput, and create more scalable internal processes.
- Create structure out of ambiguity by defining goals, owners, timelines, metrics, operating cadence, and follow-up mechanisms.
- Partner with functional leaders across Sales, Operations, Client Services, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and drive execution.
- Build and manage scrappy operational capacity where needed, including vendors, offshore support, contractors, or internal process teams.
- Prepare decision-quality materials for leadership meetings, investor updates, board discussions, and company-wide communications.
