About the role

The successful candidate will serve as the Chief of Staff to the President of the Americas, providing strategic support and operational leadership across all functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the President's vision.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various departments to drive organizational goals.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives and managing high-level projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
