Who You’ll Work With

The Investments Infrastructure Services (“IIS”) team creates the front-office technology for AllianceBernstein. This includes creating our own tools, or implementing vendor tools, for fundamental and quantitative research, portfolio implementation, order management, execution management, and risk management. The team consists of nearly 200 technologists and portfolio implementation specialists who partner together to create an operate the front-office at AllianceBernstein. This role provides the exciting opportunity to report directly to the head of the Investments Infrastructure Services team.

What You’ll Do

  • Managing the budget for the entire IIS team.
  • Overseeing headcount management for the team.
  • Managing a variety of projects, ranging from technically focused work to organizational focused work.
  • Planning team town halls, on-sites, and other department-wide events.
  • Overseeing training initiatives for the department.
