The Chief of Staff at Ashland Animal Hospital will lead the hospital's medical team, mentor associate veterinarians, guide medical protocols, and shape a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in small animal practice
- Experience leading a veterinary team
- AAHA accredited preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
- Current Massachusetts license to practice veterinary medicine
- Knowledge of current veterinary practices and technologies

Pay
$180,000 - $220,000 + production, based on experience
Schedule
4 weekdays/week with a dedicated surgical day and rotating Saturdays
