The Chief of Staff at Ashland Animal Hospital will lead the hospital's medical team, mentor associate veterinarians, guide medical protocols, and shape a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the medical team and provide high-quality patient care

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in small animal practice
• Experience leading a veterinary team
• AAHA accredited preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Current Massachusetts license to practice veterinary medicine
• Knowledge of current veterinary practices and technologies

Pay

$180,000 - $220,000 + production, based on experience

Schedule

4 weekdays/week with a dedicated surgical day and rotating Saturdays
