Responsibilities
- Partner with the Heads of Engineering and Technology to develop and refine the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans.
- Monitor progress against key initiatives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and facilitate strategy review sessions.
- Own the digital portfolio, tracking investments, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Design and continuously improve operating rhythms, including team meetings, status updates, and decision-making forums.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team performance.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks.
- Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives.
- Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the Heads of Engineering and Technology.
- Provide executive coaching support, including preparation for high-stakes presentations and stakeholder engagements.
- Facilitate reflection and learning, helping to identify blind spots and growth opportunities.
- Support leadership development through feedback, frameworks, and strategic perspective.
- Act as sounding board for complex decisions and organizational challenges.
- Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership presentations.
- Represent in meetings and forums as needed.
- Manage internal communications to ensure team alignment and transparency.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive results without direct authority.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience with technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
