Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Heads of Engineering and Technology to develop and refine the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans.
  • Monitor progress against key initiatives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles and facilitate strategy review sessions.
  • Own the digital portfolio, tracking investments, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Design and continuously improve operating rhythms, including team meetings, status updates, and decision-making forums.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team performance.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the Heads of Engineering and Technology.
  • Provide executive coaching support, including preparation for high-stakes presentations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Facilitate reflection and learning, helping to identify blind spots and growth opportunities.
  • Support leadership development through feedback, frameworks, and strategic perspective.
  • Act as sounding board for complex decisions and organizational challenges.
  • Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership presentations.
  • Represent in meetings and forums as needed.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure team alignment and transparency.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive results without direct authority.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience with technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
