Chief of Staff - AI Neobank App

The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank app priorities.
• Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.
• Cook up major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.
• Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities.
• Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

• Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through.
• Able to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
• Able to go from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality.
• Strong writing, business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage.

Location

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in United States. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in United States.
