Chief of Staff: AI & Data Transformation & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff: AI & Data Transformation & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of AI and Data Transformation & Analytics, helping drive operational discipline and executive alignment across a fast-moving consulting environment. The position will coordinate key initiatives spanning the AI lab, practice leadership, and broader transformation efforts, ensuring priorities translate into measurable execution. It will also support governance, budgeting, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned around investment decisions, performance, and change management. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the Head of AI and Data Transformation & Analytics, ensuring effective operations Drive strategic initiatives and coordinate efforts across the AI lab and practice Manage leadership meeting agendas and follow-through on initiative accountability Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm for meetings and project execution Oversee governance for AI investment and use case prioritization Partner with FP&A to set budgets and establish performance metrics Develop communication plans that align with overall market strategy and change management Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in management consulting or a Chief of Staff role Strong understanding of AI as a strategist and operator, not a developer Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs at the firm level Excellent communication skills for professional presentations and executive interactions Ability to work autonomously, identifying challenges and proposing solutions Highly organized with a grasp of strategic and operational priorities Bachelor's degree or higher Benefits Comprehensive healthcare options including medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts and a company-matching 401(k) Generous parental and maternity leave policies Technology stipends and wellness reimbursement programs Support for professional growth and personal well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
