Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health System, seeks a Chief of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to lead the institute and PM&R services across the health system.
RIS has been a destination center for advanced, interdisciplinary rehabilitation since 1960, with over 200 staff, including 150 therapists and 15 board-certified physiatrists with subspecialty certifications.
The Chief of PM&R oversees strategic mission alignment with clinical excellence, teaching, research, and advocacy, fostering a diverse, high-performing team and advancing best practices.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in PMR
- 7-10 years of administrative and clinical leadership experience
- Previous chair or vice chair experience preferred
- Participation at the national level in PMR
- Research experience with presentations and publications
- Experience with diversity, quality, teamwork, growth, and improvement
Additional Information
A generous benefits package is available. Salary range: $375K-500K, plus incentive.
