The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and structure it according to the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. Summary/About the role - there's a summary about EDRP program 2. Qualifications - detailed qualifications section 3. Duties/Responsibilities - extensive list of duties 4. Benefits/Pay/Schedule - there's a "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" section with pay, time off, retirement, insurance, etc. 5. Work Schedule - mentioned at the end I need to use

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. Don't repeat job title. Don't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Remove boilerplate. Only include sections with real content. Let me parse the content: **Summary/About the role**: The first paragraph about EDRP program. This is substantive. **Qualifications**: Very detailed with basic requirements, additional requirements, preferred experience, reference, physical requirements. This should be a Qualifications section with sub-lists. **Duties**: Extensive list of duties categorized: Assessment & Diagnosis, Procedural & Surgical Care, Perioperative & Postoperative Management, Consultation, Documentation & Orders, Administrative Leadership, Education & Professional Development, Quality Improvement, Patient Population, Limitations, Continuity & Coverage, Supervision. This should be a Responsibilities section with nested lists. **Benefits/Pay/Schedule**: The "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" section includes: - Recruitment/Relocation Incentives - Permanent Change of Station - Education Debt Reduction Program - Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases - Paid Time Off: 50-55 days details - Retirement: Traditional federal pension and 401K - Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care - Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license - CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement - Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage - Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting - Work Schedule: Full time, determined by supervisor This is substantive content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. I should structure: - About the role (summary) - Qualifications - Responsibilities - Benefits - Pay - Schedule But note: The rules say "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state them explicitly. So include them. Also, "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But these are substantive. I'll create sections with h3 headings. For Qualifications, I'll use nested lists for basic requirements, additional requirements, preferred experience. For Responsibilities, I'll use nested lists for each category. For Benefits, Pay, Schedule, I'll use lists. Let me write the HTML fragment. No markdown fences, no html/body tags. I need to be careful: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)" - so no h1/h2 for job title. Also "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." There's no job ID in the text. Remove boilerplate: The text includes "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/" - this is a reference link, I can include as a paragraph or list item. "Physical Requirements: See VA Directive and Handbook 5019 - Employee Occupational Health Service for requirements." - include. Also "Contact VHAVISN04HREDRP@va.gov - the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistance" - this is contact info, maybe include in summary or benefits. The summary paragraph about EDRP is important. Let me structure:
