Position Duties

• Develop and implement strategies for model transformation within the Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC).
• Oversee the integration of new models and methodologies into existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between model objectives and organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff on model development and implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented models.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public health, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, policy development, or a related field.
• Experience leading large-scale model transformations and implementing new methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired or Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with federal and state regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of healthcare cost review and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• Leadership experience in a complex organization.
