Position Duties
- Develop and implement strategies for model transformation within the Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC).
- Oversee the integration of new models and methodologies into existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between model objectives and organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on model development and implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented models.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as public health, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, policy development, or a related field.
- Experience leading large-scale model transformations and implementing new methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with federal and state regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge of healthcare cost review and reimbursement processes.
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
- Leadership experience in a complex organization.
