Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health joint venture hospital
- Define protocols and assist in medical decision-making for patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of psychiatrists and advanced practice providers
- Foster an educational culture for training healthcare professionals
- Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees to drive strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required
- Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania required
- Experience in behavioral health management or clinical leadership preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychiatry and behavioral health care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
