About the role

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the medical services team in providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to children and families served by ChildServe. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on clinical strategies and patient care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical programs
• Provide medical oversight and consultation to staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers and organizations

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Pediatrics or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in pediatric healthcare management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
