About the Role
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is a licensed physician responsible for overseeing and improving clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. They will lead the medical staff, develop policies, and collaborate with other executives to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree
- Medical degree with board certification, or board eligibility, in chosen field
- Current and non-restricted medical license
- 5 years of clinical practice experience, with participation in leadership roles within the medical staff or other health system leadership roles
Qualifications
- Prior 3 years of experience in a Chief Medical Officer role (preferred)
