About the role
Oneida Health is seeking an accomplished, collaborative, and forward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide clinical leadership and help shape the future of healthcare across our organization and the communities we serve. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves as the principal physician leader for clinical quality, patient safety, medical staff engagement, and clinical strategy. This is more than a traditional physician executive role; it is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in a community where relationships matter and leadership has a direct and lasting impact.
