Chief Legal Officer

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Advise the Board on governance and fiduciary matters
• Engage with the Board for effective oversight during transformation
• Oversee compliance with SEC and stock exchange requirements
• Partner on growth initiatives and strategic transactions
• Lead engagement with global regulators and ensure compliance
• Set frameworks for enterprise risk governance
• Oversee litigation strategy and risk management

Qualifications

• Prior experience as General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer in a public company
• Deep knowledge in governance, securities, regulatory, and commercial matters
• Experience in data-rich and IP-intensive sectors
• Senior-level regulatory engagement experience with policymakers
• Proven leadership in enterprise transformation and AI adoption

Pay

$575,000 – $625,000 annually
