Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize IT operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Provide executive oversight for technology projects and implementations.
• Mentor internal IT teams and foster a culture of technological innovation.
• Advise on data governance, business intelligence, and analytics strategies.
• Act as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on all things technology and digital.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT leadership, architecture, or executive consulting roles.
• Track record of successfully managing complex IT environments and driving technological change.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong strategic planning skills and business acumen.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using technology metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with C‑suite and boards.
• Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
