Position Summary

Chief Information Officer (CIO) Location: United States (Onsite – Relocation Assistance Available) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Executive Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and executing the company's long-term technology strategy and roadmap. - Leading the Epicor ERP/Kinetic environment, including optimization and future initiatives. - Overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. - Driving automation, AI, and data analytics initiatives. - Ensuring business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, and IT compliance. - Managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships. - Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT organization. - Partnering closely with executive leadership to improve manufacturing, operations, finance, and overall business performance.

Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. - 5+ years in a senior executive technology leadership role such as CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent. - Extensive experience supporting manufacturing organizations. - Strong experience with Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic. - Proven success delivering enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. - Experience leading cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. - Track record of managing enterprise technology teams, budgets, and strategic vendor partnerships. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
