Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing enterprise-wide human capital strategies that enable Kraton’s business objectives, drive performance, accountability, and disciplined organizational execution.
- Ensures business strategy is operationalized through aligned goals, KPIs, and performance systems across all regions and functions.
- Led the development and execution of global HR strategy, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational capability building.
- Leading and transforming the global HR operating model and centers of excellence to support enterprise performance, talent, and compliance priorities.
- Ownership of the governance of enterprise goal setting, KPI design, and performance management to drive organization wide standardization, alignment, and individual and functional accountability.
- Leading and supporting organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring, operating model redesign, culture evolution, change management, and M&A integration efforts, where applicable.
- Oversee the design and execution of competitive total rewards programs aligned with business goals and market practices.
- Driving development of global leadership pipelines to ensure robust succession plans for critical roles, including executive-level talent.
- Establishment and monitor key people, performance, and organizational analytics to assess effectiveness, goal alignment, and inform decision-making.
- Ensures compliance with global employment laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Engagement with the Board of Directors and Management, Development and Compensation Committee on executive compensation, succession planning, and human capital disclosures.
- Drives Culture – ensuring Kraton values are exhibited across the organization.
- Champions inclusion and equality enterprise wide.
Required Skills
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive human resources experience, including 5-10 in senior HR leadership roles within global, multi-national organizations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise-level HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and transform HR organizations, including centers of excellence and HR business partner models.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and Board members.
- Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Experience in enterprise performance management with a demonstrated ability to institutionalize KPI driven goals across complex, multi-business organizations, with a strong link of evaluation to compensation.
- Experience leading in complex, global environments, including exposure to labor relations and regulatory frameworks.
- Track record of building high-performing teams and developing senior leadership talent.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) strongly preferred.
- SPHR, GPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
