Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead core financial functions, manage financial diligence and deal structuring, and build a high-performing finance organization for a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services platform.

Responsibilities

• Own core financial functions — accounting, FP&A, cash management, monthly close, GAAP reporting
• Lead financial diligence, deal structuring, and integration for add-on acquisitions
• Manage debt/equity financing relationships, covenant compliance, and investor communications
• Serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors and Investment group

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• CFO or experience scaling a finance function in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
• Multi-site healthcare services experience required - pharmacy/infusion background strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of managed care, payer contracting, and reimbursement dynamics

Qualifications

• CPA/MBA preferred
• Demonstrated M&A leadership essential
