Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, and collections
- Monitor reimbursement across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial standards
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
- Manage audits, cash flow, and internal controls
- Lead and develop finance and billing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of financial leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
- PREFERRED: CPA, MBA, and behavioral health experience
