The Role
This is a planned succession opportunity — our current CFO is retiring after years of outstanding service, and we are committed to ensuring a thoughtful, thorough transition. The incoming CFO will have dedicated time to work alongside our current CFO before the current CFO's departure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy and oversight of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage financial intelligence to drive operational improvements and enhance competitiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP of Finance, Controller, or CFO).
- Experience in construction or comparably complex organizations is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
- Advanced degrees (MSF/MBA) and/or professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are desired.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
