About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with solid experience and advanced knowledge in financial leadership within a healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA or CMA highly preferred
- Financial expertise with cost accounting and performance management systems
- Experience in revenue cycle improvement
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, strategy, forecasting, and working with state/federal/third-party payors
- Advanced computer and data entry skills
Responsibilities
- Lead finance staff in setting and achieving the financial goals of the organization
- Manage Controller, Financial Manager, and Revenue Cycle Manager
- Oversee financial activities of the organization, including planning, budgeting, strategizing, maintaining, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all audits, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory standards
- Develop positive relationships with the CEO, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, external auditors, and payor sources
