Chief Financial Officer
About the role
The CFO will lead the company's financial strategy and long-range planning, oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting. They will provide executive leadership for Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative Operations, partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth, develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives, build KPI dashboards and performance reporting to improve operational visibility, improve profitability through financial analysis, forecasting, and resource planning, ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk management, oversee contract administration, commercial governance, and business licensing, drive process improvements, automation, and financial systems optimization, and lead and mentor high-performing finance and administrative teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy and long-range planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Provide executive leadership for Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative Operations
- Possess strong operational finance experience and be comfortable partnering with executives across the organization
- Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives
- Build KPI dashboards and performance reporting to improve operational visibility
- Improve profitability through financial analysis, forecasting, and resource planning
- Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
- Oversee contract administration, commercial governance, and business licensing
- Drive process improvements, automation, and financial systems optimization
- Lead and mentor high-performing finance and administrative teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience leading Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and operational finance functions
- Experience overseeing Human Resources and administrative functions
- Background in professional services, engineering, consulting, construction, or project-based environments
Qualifications
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Experience supporting private equity or high-growth organizations
- ERP implementation or optimization experience preferred
- Experience leading finance through organizational growth and transformation
- Experience with international/global teams preferred

Pay
Base Salary: $230,000–$260,000
