Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO to shape financial strategy for mission impact
- Identify opportunities to modernize financial systems and processes
- Lead design of financial models to guide strategic investments
- Champion continuous improvement using data and technology
- Oversee annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Monitor financial performance, providing actionable insights
- Implement integrated financial systems to enhance decision-making
Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership in complex organizations
- Demonstrated success in financial transformation and process improvement
- Experience with blended revenue models and diverse funding streams preferred
- Strong understanding of data and analytics in financial decision-making
