Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO and executive team to develop financial strategies that support organizational growth
- Identify and implement innovative financial systems and tools
- Design and execute dynamic financial models for strategic decision-making
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and leverage data for transparency
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance evaluations
- Implement modern financial systems for real-time decision support
- Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership in complex organizations
- Proven record in leading financial transformation and process improvement
- Experience with blended revenue models and diverse funding streams
- Strong expertise in using data, technology, and analytics for decision-making
