Qualifications

• Minimum: BA in Business Administration or Finance
• Five or more years of progressively challenging leadership work experience in finance; three plus years’ experience in healthcare finance
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Skills to intervene and promote reconciliation, compromise and positive outcomes in difficult interactions
