This opportunity is ideal for senior finance leaders who have served as CFOs in high-growth companies, private equity-backed ventures, public companies, or global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning at a senior executive level
• Advising on fundraising, M&A, IPO readiness, and investor relations
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance initiatives
• Managing cross-border tax, treasury, and cash flow strategies for international operations
• Collaborating with CEOs, Boards, and executive teams to align finance with growth objectives
• Implementing scalable financial processes, systems, and operational frameworks
• Providing leadership during periods of transformation, scaling, or financial restructuring

Qualifications

• Proven financial leadership experience, including serving as CFO or senior finance executive
• Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, fundraising, and corporate governance
• Strong background in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, or other high-growth sectors is a plus
• Proven ability to work with leadership teams, boards, investors, and stakeholders
• Hands-on experience managing global finance, risk, compliance, and operational efficiencies
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar advanced financial certifications are highly valued
• Comfortable operating in flexible, remote, or evolving environments
