We're looking for someone who understands startups, capital strategy, and relationship building — someone who knows how to connect the right people at the right time and help turn a strong vision into a category-defining company. At Gunkustom, we're building the future of firearm customization — a trusted platform for compatibility validation, price comparison, and community-driven firearm builds. Think PCPartPicker for firearms, built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. We have a passionate team already building, but we need someone who understands growth strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and financial planning to help take this to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Help shape Gunkustom's financial and growth strategy
• Build and leverage relationships with investors, advisors, partners, and key industry contacts
• Assist with fundraising, investor outreach, and capital planning
• Help guide strategic business decisions as we scale
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and smart capital allocation
• Serve as a trusted strategic voice within the leadership team

• You think strategically and understand how to prioritize growth

• You understand firearm culture and support responsible firearm ownership and the 2nd Amendment

• You've helped raise capital before
• You have experience in startups, e-commerce, marketplaces, or affiliate business models
• You have connections in investing, firearms, outdoor, or adjacent industries
• You enjoy helping founders turn ambitious ideas into scalable businesses
