Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices
• Manage relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community
• Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities
• Directs the Controller in providing and directing procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services
• Appraises the organization’s financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports
• Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports
• Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a CFO or equivalent senior finance role
• Experience managing treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate and insurance activities
• Strong leadership skills in directing and analyzing financial studies and reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
