About the role
The Chief Financial Officer will lead a talented finance team of four professionals and partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to help guide the credit union's financial strategy, growth, and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team in accounting, treasury, financial reporting, business intelligence, capital planning, liquidity management, investments, and asset/liability management.
- Provide strategic leadership and support for the credit union's financial strategy, growth, and long-term success.
- Align financial strategy with organizational priorities, support digital transformation, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and balance growth, risk, and member value.
- Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights that support sound strategic decisions across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, and enterprise financial management.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced professional designation preferred.

Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $225,000–$265,000 annually, with a target starting salary of $235,000.
