Required Education 4 Year Degree Fay School seeks a strategic, passionate, and experienced leader, to serve as its next CFO, a position that will commence on June 15, 2027. The CFO is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the school’s financial management, business office operations, human resources, and legal and compliance functions. This position ensures the school’s financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability. The CFO works closely with the Head of School, sits on the leadership team, and serves as a liaison to the Board of Trustees supporting finance, audit, and governance initiatives.
