Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

Partner directly with ownership and executive leadership on growth strategy, acquisitions, and major business decisions. Lead a critical transformation initiative with the authority to rebuild processes and strengthen financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and month-end close activities
• Manage a team of 4 in accounting as well as IT and HR Manager
• Oversee, provide guidance to accounting manager and be involved with the preparation of financials for the 3 separate entities
• Oversee HR, benefits administration, outsourced IT functions, insurance programs, and key legal relationships
• Drive process improvement initiatives and restore financial discipline across the organization
• Manage contract negotiations, banking relationships, vendor partnerships, and strategic business agreements
• Serve as a key advisor to ownership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and overall business strategy

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing, industrial related environments
• Prior CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience with hands-on operational responsibility
• Proven background overseeing finance, HR, IT departments is a must have
• Experience negotiating contracts/banking relationships, and cross-functional business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred

Compensation

$225,000 to $275,000 per year plus bonus, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.
