Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- An alternative Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, including responsibilities such as overseeing hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Senior Management position.
