Chief Engineer

What's the Job?

Oversee the operational management and daily leadership of the engineering team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in machinery and system operations. Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Implement and oversee maintenance programs, inspections, and reliability-based strategies to maximize equipment uptime and asset value. Supervise and develop engineering staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain all infrastructure documentation and regulatory records.

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of facility-related work experience, including supervisory and leadership roles
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, construction planning, and execution
• Experience with HVAC, fluid handling, electrical systems, and mechanical systems engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, and excellent communication skills
