About the role

The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
