About the role

The Chief Engineer leads facility maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and safe building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance tasks for the building systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and brand expectations
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals
• Resolve complex issues and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or engineering
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications
