About the role

Lead and manage a team of 5 facility technicians across 2 commercial facilities — 1 in Richfield and 1 in Bedford. Coordinate installations and oversee work through completion, ensuring contract compliance at all times. Collaborate with outside contractors for landscaping, fire systems, and HVAC services. Serve as a hands-on leader for general carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical repair and maintenance.
