Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise data and AI strategy
- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the scaling and adoption of AI/ML solutions in various domains
- Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases, such as predictive analytics
- Partner with clinical leaders to embed analytics into workflows
- Collaborate with IT on designing scalable, interoperable data platforms
- Build and lead a high-performing data and AI organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years in IT, data, analytics, or digital leadership in healthcare
- 10+ years in IT or business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in senior roles
- Proven track record in large-scale data and AI transformations
- Strong expertise in data governance and AI/ML applications
- Financially savvy with strong operational acumen, including capital planning and ROI realization
- Demonstrated capability to influence executives and drive cross-department collaboration

$304,800 – $366,800 annually
