Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise data and AI strategy
• Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead the scaling and adoption of AI/ML solutions in various domains
• Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases, such as predictive analytics
• Partner with clinical leaders to embed analytics into workflows
• Collaborate with IT on designing scalable, interoperable data platforms
• Build and lead a high-performing data and AI organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years in IT, data, analytics, or digital leadership in healthcare
• 10+ years in IT or business leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in senior roles
• Proven track record in large-scale data and AI transformations
• Strong expertise in data governance and AI/ML applications
• Financially savvy with strong operational acumen, including capital planning and ROI realization
• Demonstrated capability to influence executives and drive cross-department collaboration

Pay

$304,800 – $366,800 annually
