About the role

Responsible for managing the internal communication platform and enhancing user engagement through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to improve internal and external relations.
• Conduct periodic surveys to gather employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage and maintain the internal communication platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
