About the role
Responsible for managing the internal communication platform and enhancing user engagement through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to improve internal and external relations.
- Conduct periodic surveys to gather employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the internal communication platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems.

Pay
