Requirements

• Experience in Ukraine’s largest retail companies and e-commerce
• Experience managing a sales team of at least 50 people
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Successful experience in building and scaling sales teams
• Deep expertise in operational management and business planning
• Proven success in negotiating with leaders of Ukrainian and international retail
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making structures to achieve results
• Strong understanding of financial planning, financial analytics, and reporting
• Understanding of e-commerce business specifics
• Helicopter view: ability to turn detailed analysis into actionable strategic vision and plans
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Increase Kasta’s e-commerce market share with a positive EBIDTA
• Conduct in-depth research of key target audiences (suppliers) and develop supplier growth strategies
• Continuously develop and train the sales team
• Optimize collaboration processes between Kasta and suppliers
• Ensure Kasta offers the largest product assortment among Ukrainian marketplaces
• Develop pricing strategies
• Provide ongoing support for operational tasks of the directorate
