We are looking for qualified individuals to join our team.The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) partners with the CEO to develop and carry out HDSW’s clinical strategy and ensure high-quality, evidence-based services across all programs. The CCO provides executive leadership for OMH residential services, crisis services, recovery services, and future programs in development. In collaboration with executive leadership, the CCO strengthens clinical outcomes, improves care delivery models, and advances HDSW’s mission. This position promotes evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive practices; leads continuous quality improvement; supports staff training and development; and uses data to guide accountability and program improvement. The CCO also ensures program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards; supervises program leadership and staff; supports hiring and evaluation; helps manage budgets; and works with the CEO to secure and identify funding. The ideal candidate is an effective leader and communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality care. Essential Functions:1. Manage and provide clinical supervision for OMH Transitional Residential Programs, The Living Room Crisis Day Respite Program, CORE, and other assigned programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.2. Partner with the CEO on grant development, including preparing and submitting proposals to foundations and other funders.3. Mentor and collaborate with directors, managers, program directors, and other team members.4. Work with the CEO to define a strategic vision and guiding philosophy for short- and long-term program goals.5. Build and strengthen partnerships with public agencies, affiliate organizations, business partners, and community stakeholders.6. Collaborate with the CEO to meet the objectives of the HDSW Corporate Compliance Plan.7. Coordinate with the Director of Human Resources to ensure staff complete and maintain required training.
