About the Role
You will lead Mercury’s independent assurance program, serving as a strategic partner to the Board and Audit Committee. Your responsibilities include evolving the risk-based internal audit strategy, delivering objective evaluations, ensuring audit coverage, validating product workflows, navigating the regulatory landscape, automating oversight, and championing sustainable remediation.

- Ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience balancing audit requirements with innovation and growth

Pay
- Base salary ranges from $247,900 to $361,400 for US employees outside of NYC, LA, Seattle, or SF Bay Area
- Base salary ranges from $275,400 to $325,250 for US employees in NYC, LA, Seattle, or SF Bay Area
