Chief Advocacy Officer
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "Full-time, exempt $100-110,000 annually Monroe, LA Reports to Chief Executive Officer Revised June 2026". That's metadata. We can put that in a short
. Then we have description paragraphs about role. That could be "About the role". Then "Qualifications" section includes list of qualifications. Also "Duties & Responsibilities" section includes many bullet points grouped under headings like Strategy and Leadership, Professional Engagement..., etc. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to extract duties as list items. Could group under subheadings? The rule: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid subheadings inside? Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we can have sections: About the role (paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Skills (maybe list?), Benefits (maybe include Grant Development Incentive?), Pay (salary range), Schedule (full-time). Also maybe "Working Environment" could be omitted as not a standard heading; but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to omit if not matching allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop details like working environment. But we could put that info in About the role paragraph or Responsibilities? The rule says we can use only those headings for sections; we can still include other info within those sections as paragraphs or lists. So we can embed working environment details in About the role or Responsibilities as a paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Chief Advocacy Officer. Already appears in description; we should not make a heading for it. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: Disclaimer, Equal Employment Opportunity, etc. Also remove "Grant Development Incentive" details? That's substantive; we can include under Benefits or maybe a separate section? Benefits heading allowed; we can put Grant Development Incentive there. Also maybe other benefits not mentioned. Pay: we have salary range $100-110,000 annually. So we can create Pay section with that. Schedule: Full-time, exempt. So Schedule section with "Full-time, exempt". We need to preserve all substantive information: include details about reporting to CEO, location Monroe, LA, revised June 2026. Could be in About the role paragraph. Now craft HTML. Structure:
Full-time, exempt $100-110,000 annually Monroe, LA Reports to Chief Executive Officer Revised June 2026

Maybe also include working environment details in a paragraph after About the role? Could add another paragraph under About the role. But we could also add a separate section for Working Environment? Not allowed heading. So we incorporate into About the role as an additional paragraph. Add paragraph: "The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a business office setting. Skills section: maybe we could separate skills from qualifications? But qualifications already include skills. The rule allows Skills section; we could move some items like "Exceptional communication skills", "Goal-driven, organized, and efficient", etc. But to avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications as list and maybe not have Skills section if content overlaps. However we must preserve all substantive information; we already have them in Qualifications. So we can omit Skills section to avoid thin sections. The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can skip Skills.
Benefits section: we have Grant Development Incentive details. Also maybe other benefits not mentioned. We'll include Benefits with that incentive description.
Pay section: salary range.
Schedule section: Full-time, exempt.
Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like Disclaimer, EEO, etc.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
