We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the EEO statements, the accommodation email, the unsolicited resume note, the hashtags, etc. Also remove the "Universal Job Standards" paragraph? That is more about encouraging to apply; maybe considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's encouraging to apply; might be considered application instruction? The instruction says remove application instructions. The paragraph about "Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply..." is encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it.
Also remove the "To learn more about life at CohnReznick, visit Life at CohnReznick" maybe considered navigation? Might be okay to keep? It's a link but not essential; but we can keep as it's substantive? It's just a generic statement; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove.
Also remove the brand name explanation paragraphs (CohnReznick is the brand name...). That's more about firm description; could be considered "About the role" or "About the firm". Might be relevant. The description includes firm overview earlier. We can keep some of that as "About the role" or "About the firm". The instruction: Use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Intro about firm: "As CohnReznick grows...". Could be "About the role" or "About the firm". Probably "About the role" includes overview of firm and role.
- Hybrid work details: "CohnReznick is a hybrid firm...". That could be part of "Schedule" or "Benefits"? It's about work arrangement. Could be "Schedule" (hybrid, 3 days a week). The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state hybrid and average 3 days a week. So we can include a Schedule section.
- "YOUR TEAM." paragraph describing the role expectations. Could be part of "About the role" or "Responsibilities". Might be better as "About the role".
- "WHY COHNREZNICK?" paragraph about mission, benefits, total rewards. That could be "Benefits". It mentions generous PTO, flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, paid time off to volunteer. So we can include Benefits.
- "YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To ..." then list of responsibilities. That's clearly Responsibilities.
- "Your Experience." list of qualifications. That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can combine or separate. Probably "Requirements" for the bullet list of qualifications. Could also have "Skills" for technical skills like ASC 606 etc. But we can put all under Requirements.
- Salary mention: "Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few." That's about compensation and benefits. Could be Pay section? It mentions salary is one component but doesn't give numbers. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "comm
