About the role

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
• Document client interactions and issues for future reference
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or related field
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with common IT tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols

Skills

• Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages and/or platforms
• Experience with cloud-based services and solutions
• Strong customer service orientation
